Hold the button and then press and hold the Power button. While holding Power, release Stop and press it 5 times.
The tool version is not compatible with your specific printer firmware. You may need a newer version like V5406 or V5510.
Locate the "Main" tab. Look for the Clear Waste Ink Counter section.
