Two years later, the FBI arrests Saurel on an unrelated charge in Florida. Saurel tells the FBI about Jordan's illegal activities. Since the evidence against him is overwhelming, Jordan agrees to gather evidence on his colleagues in exchange for leniency. Tired of Jordan's lifestyle and his drug addiction, Naomi tells Jordan she is divorcing him and wants full custody of their children. After their argument turns violent, Jordan relapses and attempts to kidnap their daughter before crashing his car in the driveway.
