Rammerhead is an open-source web proxy written in Node.js. Unlike traditional proxies (like Glype or PHPProxy) that struggle with modern web standards, Rammerhead acts as a sophisticated middleman. It rewrites HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on the fly, allowing users to browse modern websites (like YouTube, Discord, or Google) with a much higher success rate than older proxy scripts.
Users can create unique session IDs that sync localStorage and cookies, allowing logins and preferences to persist across different devices for that specific session.
Because Rammerhead renders pages on a remote server, that server has full access to your session.
