Navarasa is a Sanskrit term meaning "nine emotions" or "nine rasas." These nine emotions are: Shringara (love), Hasya (laughter), Karuna (compassion), Raudra (anger), Veera (courage), Bhayanaka (fear), Vيب (disgust), Sneha (affection), and Shantha (peace). Each episode of the series explores one of these emotions.

However, the modern Indian woman has adapted these traditions. While she dons the sari for festivals and weddings, her daily lifestyle often incorporates western wear or Indo-western fusion. This shift in attire symbolizes a broader shift in mindset: the desire to respect tradition while demanding the convenience and practicality required for a fast-paced modern life.
