The Epson Service Support Tool is a software application that enables Epson service providers and technicians to efficiently diagnose and repair Epson printers and other imaging devices. This means the tool did not permanently initialize the EEPROM or you have a hardware sensor error. Try “Initialization” instead of just resetting counters.
