Junkman parts are significantly stronger than the standard "Unique" or "Ultimate" upgrades available in the shop. They give maximum stats (usually filling the bar completely). They are distinct from the "One-of-a-Kind" unique upgrades (like the Junkman specific parts you unlock via the Black Edition) because you can install them on any car.
