Prompt Offline Activation: Redgate Sql

If a user activates SQL Prompt on a machine and later formats the drive without deactivating the license first, that activation slot remains "consumed." In an online environment, the user can deactivate via the portal. In an offline environment, the user cannot communicate the "deactivation" status back to Redgate.
